I’m Caroline Ceribeli. I hold a PhD in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos at the University of São Paulo and the Department of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen (double degree). I also hold an MSc in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos at the University of São Paulo (in 2016). I graduated in Exact Sciences with a specialization in Physics (in 2013) and a specialization in Chemistry (in 2012). My PhD thesis concerns the quantification of the vitamin B12 in milk processed with thermal and non-thermal technologies. Furthermore, during my MSc in Chemistry, I studied the impact of feeding chickens with Ilex paraguariensis on their meat. I worked mainly on the following topics: analytical chemistry, food chemistry, milk, vitamin B12, meat, redox stability, HPLC-UV, NMR, and EPR.
